In this lesson, the student will learn how to simplify a fraction into lowest terms. This skill is very important to master because we'll be doing this for all future problems that involve fractions such as addition of fractions, etc.
For example, we may add or subtract fractions and get an answer such as 2/10. This may be the correct fraction, but it is not fully simplified into lowest terms. In this lesson, the student will learn how to simplify fractions with numerous worked example problems.
This skill will be used for all types of fraction problems such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and more.
